Rachel Peckover is joining the PCG's content sales team as a Library Sales Manager, representing The Royal Society in North America. Her priorities include managing the sales and marketing cycle of the Society’s 7 journals and representing the publisher to academic, corporate and government libraries and consortia in North America. With over ten years of experience working with information products, publishers and libraries, she will be well equipped for her new role as the key contact for such a prestigious society publisher. Prior to joining Ingenta in 2001 as a Library Sales Manager for North America, Rachel was an Account Manager with Forrester Research working with key executives at Fortune 500 companies selling strategic and technology solutions. Her combined experience is this role has developed her abilities to sell to electronic product to all levels in the library world.
Hope Jansen joins as Regional Sales Associate and Customer Service Specialist with responsibility for CABI. She is charged with the sales of all CABI products within Canada and providing customer service for CABI clients throughout North America. Hope’s past work experience includes positions in sales, customer service and libraries creating a powerful combination of experience and skill for this role. Her goals are to build and strengthen CABI’s relationships with Canadian customers and increase sales within the territory, as well as to deliver exceptional customer service for all of CABI North America.
CABI has been working with PCG’s sales representation team for 8 years to cover territories in the United States. Adding these new services to their existing agreement demonstrates their satisfaction with the business relationship and the value PCG brings to their organization.
