With more than fourteen years of experience in marketing of scholarly publications, Doug Wright has implemented marketing and sales strategies for more than 100 publishers as PCG's Vice President and General Manager. Before joining PCG, Doug worked at EBSCO.
Doug is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and uses his language skills to negotiate deals on behalf of PCG clients in Latin America.

In direct consultation with the client, she analyzes market penetration and develops appropriate sales strategies using a sales team dedicated to the publisher. Claire has extensive experience selling content directly to libraries and uses that experience to manage sales teams in the U.S. and Europe for academic and professional publishers. Claire has an MBA from Suffolk University and is an active member of the program committee for SSP’s Annual Meeting.

She earned her MLS at Simmons College, and before joining PCG was Librarian for Harvard University's Development Office. She has also served in library positions at Harvard's Graduate School of Design and the University of New Hampshire, and has worked in sales and marketing for Baker & Taylor, CLSI, Faxon and Geac. Susan brings her considerable expertise to developing library marketing and sales strategies for publisher clients.
Susan serves as the Advertising Manager for Notes, the quarterly journal of the Music Library Association, and for the Journal of the American Musical Instrument Society. She is a member of the Music Library Association, North American Serials Interest Group(NASIG) and Professional/Scholarly Publishing Division of the Association of American Publishers (PSP), and has been a speaker at conferences for the Music Library Association, PSP and the Association of American Publishers (AAP).

Arend has over a decade of sales, client management, and content negotiation experience in scholarly publishing and e-learning with Holtzbrinck Group, Chadwyck-Healey, and Bertelsmann Reference Group. With his knowledge of the European publishing and library communities, Arend offers PCG clients customized solutions that directly address their needs and interests in that market.
Arend is an active member of the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers (ALPSP) and currently serves on the Professional Development Committee.

Prior to joining PCG, Janet was Associate Director for Journals Publishing at The MIT Press where she managed a diverse program of scholarly journals in arts and humanities, social sciences, and science. During her time at MIT Press, she also served on the Journals Committee of the Professional and Scholarly Publishing Division of the Association of American Publishers, and on the board of the Association of American University Presses.
From her background in academic journals publishing, Janet has gained an extensive knowledge of online hosting platforms, journal publishing operations, and print-to-online strategies, which gives her the ability to work with publishers on a wide range of projects. Janet is also currently North American Editor of the journal Learned Publishing (published by ALPSP).

Trudy received her BA in History from the University of New Hampshire and followed that with a Master's in Library Science from the University of Rhode Island. She has previous experience as an account manager with an advertising agency, a healthcare company and a small biotech firm. Trudy is excited to be applying her knowledge of the library field to the projects she is currently working on.
Alessandro speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German, and English. His fluency in five different languages allows him to call libraries across the globe in all of our marketing campaigns – expanding contacts well beyond the boundaries of North America. He contacts librarians to promote products, follow up on lapsed subscriptions, or when a survey needs to be answered. In all cases, Alessandro enjoys being able to communicate with librarians in so many different languages to truly understand their needs.
Renee joined the teleresearch team after a year of temping and is always looking forward to completing new projects and expanding her knowledge of working with librarians and publishers. When not at work, she enjoys walking around the Cambridge and Boston area and working on artsy projects.
With more than 20 years of previous experience in the publishing industry in Italy, most recently with Mondadori and De Agostini, Giovanna has extensive experience selling a broad range of offerings, building relations with customers, and training sales persons and telemarketers. Giovanna moved to the UK at the end of 2005, following her husband in his career change and is fluent in English, French and Italian. She is glad to use her experience, language skills and familiarity with the academic library market in her new role.
Before joining PCG, Mirela worked for Elsevier in the customer service department liaising with customers from Germany and Austria. In her role as Global Teleresearcher, she is happy to apply her experience and knowledge of various languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hebrew and Serbian). Aside from her interest in different languages and cultures, one of her biggest passions is art, especially photography which she tries to develop as much as she can in her free time.
Tatiana wears many hats at PCG. She is the designated manager of all customer service inquiries for our clients who participate in a PCG North American Customer Service program. In addition to customer service, she is the PCG administrative coordinator and maintains all office operations.

Jenny has been working as Ingenta's Library Support Specialist for North America for the past year. In her new position as BioOne's Subscription Coordinator, Jenny is responsible for all renewals and support questions.

As the North American Sales Manager for BioOne, Donna Loews serves as a liaison between academic and corporate librarians and BioOne. Donna works closely with both new prospects and customers informing them of BioOne’s collections and guiding them towards the products best suited for their institution. Before joining the BioOne team, Donna represented the northern half of the US for CABI, in addition to managing the CABI team. She also has experience working in public libraries.
Donna is an active participant in the Special Libraries Association and USAIN where she holds various committee positions.
Bob has a long history of technical sales experience. Before joining CABI, Bob worked in the high technology electronics industry, holding positions in both sales and product engineering. Currently working as a Regional Sales Manager, Bob is responsible for new product sales and customer retention in the southern half of the United States.
Hope is CABI’s customer service specialist for the US, and the sales associate for Canada. She has worked for PCG since March 2007. Before that she worked as an information manager in local government in the UK, and as a public librarian. She has an MA in Information Studies from the University of Brighton.
Rachel has over ten years of experience working with information products, publishers and libraries. Prior to joining Ingenta in 2001 as a Library Sales Manager for North America, Rachel was an Account Manager with Forrester Research working with key executives at Fortune 500 companies selling strategic and technology solutions. Her combined experience is this role has developed her abilities to sell to electronic product to all levels in the library world.
As North American Journals Representative for both the Institution of Civil Engineers and Geological Society of London, Mark is responsible for product sales and account management across the U.S. and Canada. Mark also organizes and serves as point person for PCG’s Global Exhibits Program, which offers exhibition services to clients at a range of conferences around the world. Mark comes to PCG with a strong background in academic publishing sales. His sales training, international work experience, and language skills in Italian and Spanish aid him in his promotional and organizational efforts.
Annika joined PCG after 3 years as a Sales Executive for Oxford Online, the online products department of Oxford University Press. In that role, she worked with academic libraries in Central and Eastern Europe. She has a degree in Musicology, and her experience in selling Online Products, working with consortia in Europe as well as her language skills are significant to her current job.
